Once you are booked, we will work together to plan your session, from any shot list requests to timeline strategies. I’m here to help you feel prepared and excited for the event!

THE SHOOT

Trust the process and have fun! My goal is to make every session stress-free and packed with fun. Within 24 hours, I will share a selection of images immediately for immediate social media posting.

THE GOODS

Within 2 weeks (or earlier if requested at the time of booking), your full online gallery will be delivered. Here, you will be able to download, share and print all your fully edited, high resolution digital files. Seamlessly view, download, and share images with your team in both print and web resolution. Full rights to use images across all media, forever.

Do you offer multiple photographers for events?

Yes! I can provide additional photographers to ensure full coverage of your event, capturing multiple perspectives and key moments.

Can we request specific shots?

Absolutely! I work with you to create a customized shot list, ensuring we capture all the important moments, key speakers, and branding elements.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Are you insured?

I hold a liability insurance policy. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

Can we take Behind the Scenes photos of our session to share on social media?

Absolutely! I’d love for you to do this!

Do you travel for events?

Yes, I frequently travel for corporate events, conferences, and brand activations. Based in Richmond, VA, I’m ready to make your event happen anywhere. Just let me know the location!

Do you offer videography services?

Currently, I exclusively offer photography services. However, I am pleased to provide a list of highly recommended videographers with whom I have collaborated.
