To honor their Celtic roots, music played a powerful role in the ceremony. A single bagpipe player filled the air with rich, emotional sound, creating goosebumps the moment the ceremony began. After the kiss, the bagpiper led Amanda and JD back down the aisle, escorting them, and then all of their guests, straight into the reception space. It was such a unique transition and set the tone for a celebration that felt both joyful and rooted in tradition.
Amanda’s “something blue” was a fun and meaningful twist: a tiny blue bottle of McLean gin tucked away for good luck. The couple shared a quick cheers together, a quiet moment of connection before rejoining their guests.
