I have traveled internationally for destination weddings as well as coast to coast in the US. Some additional fees may be required if it’s outside of Central Virginia, however these are minimal just to cover my expenses. I’m always excited for a new adventure so please contact me for further information.
Yes. In fact, many venues require the photographer to have liability insurance, so I’d suggest that whomever you decide to book as your photographer carries it.
Yes, when we meet in person I will bring albums of entire events. If you are not local to the Richmond, VA area, I can send you online galleries to view.
Yes, I am always the primary photographer. If there is a second photographer involved, then that pricing and terminology will be reflected in the contract.
You can always purchase an album or products from me for an additional charge through the Online Gallery. With your delivered images, I will include suggested instructions on where to get prints and making products though.
This day in age everyone has a cell phone or camera handy. I am very flexible with your guests snapping photos and I’ve even been known to take their cell phone so they can be in the photo as well! However, I cannot guarantee an eager guest potentially blocking my view at a key moment but I do my best to work around it. I do ask that no other paid photographer works the event without arranging it through me first.
I will do light touch ups to include blemish removal, skin color corrections, some light wrinkle removal, brightening of teeth, etc.
Many people use them for “SAVE-THE-DATE” cards but one of the most important reasons is that it gives you a chance to get comfortable with the photographer before the wedding, which will result in better photos for that day.
Yes. I go to great lengths to take care of my equipment, use multiple memory cards and waterproof storage systems while shooting an event. Immediately after shooting, I download the files right away. Then I sync the files with a backup system that is stored off site.
Yes! You may use your photos for personal use. A shout out is always appreciated but not required!
As a policy, I don’t release any unprocessed photos. Rest assured that I will provide you the best ones and discard the ones that are not fit for printing.
As a policy, I prefer to focus on just one wedding per day.
I do not require a meal break. I typically take a couple of very short breaks during quiet moments for a water break, restroom break, etc.
Yes! I have the best equipment in the industry and I always have back up cameras, memory cards, and different lenses for close-ups, wide angle, zoom etc with me.
